The cost of subscriptions will be made clear to you on our Service’s interfaces and through the Third-party Stores.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed by the user by going to the account settings in the Third-party Stores after purchase.
While we will endeavor to offer a robust and reliable Service, we do not guarantee the visibility or position of your directory listing. The visibility of listings can be influenced by numerous factors including, but not limited to, search engine algorithms, user behavior, and technical issues. As such, we disclaim any liability or responsibility for the visibility or effectiveness of your listing.
By making a purchase or starting a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for any loss or damage which may be incurred through your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss or damage as a result of any reliance placed by you on the completeness, accuracy, or existence of any directory listing.
